Standing at the gate in awe and wonder,

Standing at the gate in awe and wonder,

Standing at the gate in awe and wonder.

Oh, blessed be this day,

Blessed be this day.

We all come from God

We all come from God

And unto God do we return.

We all come from God

And unto God do we return.

Like a stream flowing back into the ocean,

Like a ray of light returning to the sun.

Here we are

Posted on Updated on

Here we are

All together as we sing our song joyfully.

Here we are.

All together as we pray we will always be.

Join me now and sing and celebrate

The fellowship we share, all is one.

Keep a smile handy, show it everywhere

And we’ll all join in and sing.

Help to make the world an alleluia.

Help to make the world a better place.

Keep the fire burning, kindle it with care.

And we’ll all join in and sing.

All this I am.

How can I be more loving?

Posted on Updated on

How can I be more loving? Is it in my relationship with my mom, with my Mother Earth, or one of the other mothers in my life?

Bring any of your mothers — or your daughters and sons — or the memory of your mother/your mother story — this Mother’s Day weekend at a Shalom Orca Retreat at the Whidbey Institute will be love-filled.

Shalom Orca retreat at The Whidbey Institute

Dates  May 5-8, 2016, Thursday evening through Sunday noon

Location The Whidbey Institute, Whidbey Island, Washington, USA

Retreat leaders Nance McGee and John Bottone

The sacred process of a Shalom Retreat retreat offers the opportunity to address underlying habits and patterns that are no longer life-giving, in the safe container of a community of fellow journeyers. Experience what it’s like to be more conscious, loving and fully alive.
